1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the GrowCare mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
GrowCare provides a platform connecting customers with nursing professionals for home healthcare services. We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment for nursing services.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. HEALTHCARE SERVICES
- Nurses must complete the platform's document review before accepting service bookings
- Services provided are supplementary and do not replace emergency medical care
- For medical emergencies, please call emergency services immediately
- We do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions through our platform

5. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
- Bookings can be made through the app subject to nurse availability
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may incur charges
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
- Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. PAYMENTS
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment must be completed at the time of booking or as per the selected payment plan
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass or abuse healthcare providers or other users
- Share false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent our platform for direct transactions
- Upload harmful content or malware

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and logos on the platform are owned by GrowCare. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GrowCare provides a platform service and is not directly responsible for the healthcare services provided by nurses. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold GrowCare harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
